Healthcare at Home - Interim Head of Clinical Scheduling & Care Bureau
Leading a major change programme to implement world class central scheduling and eRostering systems (ClickSoft).
Healthcare at Home is the UKs largest Clinical Homecare Services business caring for over 150,000 patients across 50+ therapeutic services. Healthcare at Home dispense over 4,000 pharmaceutical orders to patients’ homes including full cold chain services.
Responsible for scheduling over 700 clinicians across UK and Northern Ireland and 24 x 7 clinical patient support centre.
Zobele Group - Interim COO and Programme Management Director
ZOBELE GROUP is a worldwide business partner that provides innovative and cost-effective product solutions in Insect Control and Air Care for leading household, health & personal care brands.
Leading Project Management Teams in Italy, China, Mexico, India and Brazil delivering new products for major FMCG brands (P&G, SC Johnson and Reckitt Benckiser).
- Developing project delivery tools and processes to improve on-time and on-cost delivery of complex projects.
- Liaising with Sales and Finance functions on new opportunities and budgeted product launches.

Spirit manages and leases over 1200 pubs with a turnover of £760m p.a. Development and implementation of two key reporting solutions to provide powerful business insights for Operations and Commercial functions.
National Express Coach - Interim Service Delivery Director
Service Delivery Director responsible for UK airport coach services across 4 locations. Delivered significant improvements in service performance of a 24 x 7 operation involving 123 vehicles and 366 professional PCV drivers. Turned around a disillusioned unionised workforce by implementing family friendly shift patterns and coaching local management teams in effective employee engagement. Delivered new A3 Gatwick to London coach service.
Arken Point of Purchase (Media Square) - Interim Operations Director
Responsible for all aspects of Operations including SQE, Logistics, Procurement, Production, Installations, Product Development and Project Management.
Re-engineered business processes to realise full potential of NAV Dynamics ERP system.
Robert Dyas - Consultant
Initial brief was to develop a clear supply chain strategy including identifying quick win opportunities. After developing a fully financially justified improvement programme, delivered key projects to achieve £0.5m+ savings p.a. including:
- Renegotiation of logistics contracts based on open book principles saving in excess of £500k p.a.Introduced end-to-end special care for top 150 selling lines (30% of total sales) which improved on shelf availability from 92% to 96% and increased sales by 2% on these top sellers.
- Optimised store delivery frequency to reduce distribution costs and improve in-store efficiencies. Implemented JDA warehouse management system with RF receiving and "pick by label" which halved pick errors.
